Mick is a Chartered Engineer and Member of the Association for Project Management (MAPM), with extensive experience in engineering, project management, maintenance, and business operations. Over his career, Mick has successfully led multi-discipline engineering teams through the design, construction, and commissioning of major projects, while managing large-scale programmes and portfolios.

He has a proven track record in identifying and delivering capital investment projects, conducting feasibility studies to modernise existing facilities, and driving operational improvements across industries such as steel and nuclear. Mick’s ability to work effectively as a client, main contractor, and consultant gives him a unique perspective on the interfaces and collaboration needed to deliver successful projects.
