Clyne Albertelli is the visionary Founder and Managing Director of Co-Lab Engineering, established in March 2022 in Whitehaven, West Cumbria. Under his leadership, the company operates across the agriculture, renewables, and nuclear sectors, aiming to create solutions to today’s challenges while inspiring the minds that will shape tomorrow’s.

Before founding Co-Lab Engineering, Clyne acquired a decade of experience in the nuclear sector, starting as an apprentice and advancing through roles such as Engineer, Project & Programme Manager, and Innovation Lead. This extensive background laid the foundation for his entrepreneurial venture.

Clyne's commitment to collaboration and innovation is evident in initiatives like the Engineering Academy, which challenges engineers to work collaboratively to find rapid solutions to live industry problems within a six-week 'sprint' period.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Clyne is passionate about upskilling the current workforce and teaching individuals new skills to ensure that the talent within Cumbria can continue to provide working solutions to worldwide challenges for years to come.
